    REGISTRATION OF PASSENGERS

    ​The registration and check of the travelers in accordance with the Royal Decree of 18 May 2007. Please complete the list below with the details of all holiday guests.


    Rental agreement

    The Tenant must confirm the rental agreement before staying in the holiday home. If this is not done, the stay in the holiday home will be considered terminated! After the stay in the holiday home, any damage or missing items present in or on the holiday home will be settled.

    Rights and obligations of the Tenant on site of the holiday home
    Unless otherwise stipulated by law, these conditions of the rental agreement prevail. Unless otherwise stipulated in the accommodation ticket (voucher), the Tenant must have vacated the holiday home no later than the time specified in the rental agreement. In the event of departure at a later time than stated on the accommodation ticket (voucher), the Tenant must pay an additional rental amount. The Tenant must behave as a good Tenant and use the holiday home in accordance with the reasonable instructions for use given by the Owner/Manager. The Tenant is legally liable for any damage caused by him or his co-tenants to the holiday home or the items present therein. Any damage must be reported by the Tenant directly to the Owner or Manager. Repair or replacement costs must be reimbursed by the Tenant immediately to the Owner/Manager at his first request. Upon departure, the Tenant must leave the holiday home in a proper condition - that is to say: swept clean. The items present in the holiday home must be returned to their original location (upon arrival). Crockery must be washed and stored in the designated location. The Owner/Manager is entitled to carry out a final inspection at the time of departure. If the Owner/Manager finds that (several) items have not been returned to their original location or if the holiday home is not swept clean, the Owner/Manager is entitled to charge the Tenant additional (cleaning) costs. The Tenant must use linen on the beds and is not entitled to use beds without sheets.

    Liability
    In particular, holiday home “De Witte Reiger” is not liable for disruptions in and around the holiday home, such as but not limited to disruptions and failures of power and water supplies and technical installations, construction work announced prematurely and changes to access or main roads.
